Amplifier, Removing And Installing (Monsoon Sound System)

The amplifier is located behind the center load opening cover on the left in the trunk.

Removing amplifier
- Remove center load opening cover.







- Remove both nuts, item -1-.
- Remove cover for assembly opening - arrow-.


NOTE: The assembly opening can be used to gain access to both multi-pin connectors and pull them off the amplifier.


- Pull off both multi-pin connectors.
- Take amplifier out of retainer.

Installing amplifier
- Insert lower part of amplifier into guide rail of retainer.
- Re-connect multi-pin connectors.
- Tighten both securing nuts item -1- to 10 Nm (89 in lb).

Further installation is basically reversal of the removal sequence.
