1 - Connector
- Black, 2- pin
- For Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) Heating Element - N79-
- Check voltage supply for heating element between terminals 1 and 2 with the engine running
Specified value: at least 11.5 V
2 - Intake air duct
- with Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) Heating Element - N79-
3 - Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor (G70)* with intake air temperature sensor (G42)*
- Terminals of sensor and connector are gold-plated
4 - Connector
- Black, 5-pin
- Terminals of sensor and connector are gold- plated
5 - Oil seal
- Replace if damaged
6 - Air filter housing- upper part
7 - Air guide
- Clipped into air filter housing- upper part
8 - 6 Nm
9 - Filter insert
10 - Air filter housing- lower part
11 - Air guide
12 - 10 Nm
13 - O - Ring
- Replace if damaged
14 - Intake manifold hose
- Check for secure seating
- Press together at front to disengage
- to Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor- V101-:
15 - Connecting - hose
- To air tube for air shrouded fuel injectors
16 - Connecting - hose
- For crankcase ventilation
- From ventilation housing at cylinder head cover
17 - Connecting - hose
- From connecting hose at intake manifold- upper part
18 - To throttle valve control module - J338-
