Sunroof Glass Panel, Removing and Installing

Removing
- Slide sliding headliner to rear.
- Tilt sunroof open.







- Unclip lower trim -1- in rear area (arrow), slide forward and remove from roof frame.
- Unclip front and center of upper trim -2- and unhook at rear.







- Remove screws (Torx insert T 25).
Tightening torque : 4.5 Nm (40 in. lb)
- Remove sunroof panel upward.

Installing
Panel must be installed in "0 position" (panel closed).

"0" position:







Guide rail pin must align with marking tab (arrow)
If not, adjust parallel movement.







- Place sunroof on from above and install screws (guide rail/panel).
- Lightly tighten screws -1- and -2- (Torx T 25).


NOTE: After adjusting panel height tighten the screws to 4.5 Nm (40 in. lb).
