Front Belt Tensioning Unit, Deploying (for Disposal)

CAUTION:
- It is dangerous to scrap an undeployed gas generator.
- belt tensioner unit gas generator must be made unusable before scrapping. This is important because gas generator is a pyrotechnic device that can cause injury if activated improperly (for instance when using a cutting torch).

- Remove seat belt with belt tensioning unit.

Use Airbag deployment fixture J-44210 and refer to Airbag Pyrotechnic Deployment Device Instruction Booklet for proper deployment procedure.
