Injection Timing Device Cover Gasket, Replacing

- Place a clean cloth under injection pump.




- Remove cover screws -1- with commercially available key for Torx socket head screws, e.g. Hazet 2115-T30.
- Remove cover -2- and thoroughly clean.
- Replace gasket -3- and install cover -2- with existing shims -4-.
- Tighten cover securing screws -1-.
- Tightening torque: 12 Nm (9 ft lb)
