Headlight Bulbs (Golf), Replacing

Low beam bulb, replacing

CAUTION!

- Do not touch glass portion of bulb with bare hands. Even the smallest amount of moisture and/or contaminants from fingers that evaporates on the bulb during operation can cause the glass to cloud over.

NOTE:

- If headlight washer system is present, move hoses to one side if necessary.






- Release spring clip -arrow- and remove sealing cover.






- Disconnect electrical connector -1- from bulb.
- Push retaining clip -2- over the lugs -3- and release.
- Pull bulb -4- out of reflector.
- Do not touch bulb glass when installing.
- Insert new bulb so lugs on bulb plate align with cut-outs in reflector.
- Connect electrical connector -1-.
- Install sealing cover.
- Check headlight (bulb) function.

- Install sealing cover.
- Check headlight (bulb) function.
