Bumper Cover - Assembly Overview







1 - Cover
- Material - PP/EPDM
- Removing and installing:
- Remove radiator grille
- Unclip outer ventilation grid.
- Remove clips and.
- Remove corner pieces .
- Remove air guide parts from cover.
- Remove bolts. Remove cover from guide pieces and brackets (left and right sides).

2 - Clip
- Qty. 6

3 - Nut
- 4 Nm

4 - Bracket
5 - Guide piece
- To remove and install, pull out/slide in bumper parallel out of guide pieces (left and right sides).

6 - Bolt
- Qty 3
- 2 Nm

7 - Expanding nut
- Qty 3

8 - Shock absorber
- Secured to cover with four clips

9 - Bolt
- 2 Nm

10 - Corner piece
11 - Protective molding
12 - Bolt
- Qty 2
- 2 Nm

13 - Bolt
- Qty. 7
- 6.5 Nm

14 - Ventilation grille
- Clipped in cover - 1 -

15 - Clip
- Qty. 6

16 - Spoiler
- Clipped in cover
- Does not need to be removed when removing cover
