Side Window, Adjusting

Adjusting Window Guide

- Remove side trim.
- Remove sealing foil.
- Loosen bolts -1 - and - 2 - of rear window guide.







- Loosen bolts - 3 - and - 4 -.
- Raise side window but not completely (50 mm under upper window level - better stabilization).







- Press side window into window guide - arrow B -.
- Press window guide lightly at top against window glass.
- Tighten bolt - 1 -, tightening torque: 10 Nm.







- Lower side window but not completely, press window guide lightly at bottom against window glass and tighten bolt - 2 -, tightening torque: 10 Nm.

Side window contour in relation to B-pillar, adjusting







- Raise side window and align parallel to B-pill seal.







- Tighten bolts - 3 - and - 4 -, tightening torque: 10 Nm.

Side window height adjustment
- Loosen bolt for height stop - 1 -.
- Remove bolt - 2 - for height stop from window regulator.







- Raise side window.







- Adjust side window to side window seal upper edge - arrow A -.
- Tighten bolt - 2 -, tightening torque: 10 Nm.
- Tighten bolt for height stop -1 -, tightening torque: 10 Nm.







- Slide height stop - 1 - downward against side window and tighten bolt, tightening torque: 10 Nm.
