Front door positioner, removing and installing

Removing

- Remove door trim and pull door insulation p way away from door





- Remove bi-pressure line -1- and multi-pin connectors -2- and -3- from positioning element

- Remove door lock with positioner





- Turn door lock switch to "locked position".

- Remove Torx(R) bolt T15-1-.

- Release positioner -arrows- and remove from door lock.





- Locking lever -1- slides out of plunger -2- when removing positioning element.

Installing

When installing, lock lever -1- must locate in plunger -2-.

Note: If after replacing positioning element door lock does not function properly, replace door lock complete with positioning element.
