Selector lever cable, checking and adjusting
Checking
- Move selector lever into "P" position.





- Remove selector lever cable from selector shaft lever (arrow).
- Move selector lever from "P" to "2"
^ Mechanism and selector lever cable must move freely. If necessary replace selector lever cable or service shift mechanism.
- Move selector lever into "P" position.
- Move selector shaft lever to " P" The parking lock should engage and it should not be possible to turn the two front wheels in the same direction.
^ It should be possible to push the selector lever cable onto the selector shaft lever. Adjust selector lever cable if necessary.
