Connecting Rod: Service Precautions

PISTONS AND CONNECTING RODS:

Pistons, piston pins, piston rings, connecting rods, and bearings, if they are to be reused, should never be interchanged. If necessary, mark the cylinder number and installation orientation on the pistons, connecting rods and connecting rod caps before removal.
