Power Trunk / Liftgate Lock Actuator: Service and Repair

Rear lid latch actuator, removing and installing





- Remove rear lid trim.


Handle is fastened with Phillips-head screw.


- Disconnect locking rod from rear lid latch Pu button, and disconnect bi-pressure hose.


- Remove Phillips-head screws -1 - and pull actuator -2- with locking rod out of rear lid.
