Cold Start Accelerator (CSA) Lever and Cover, Replacing O-Rings





NOTE: The numbered items in the procedure that follows refer to illustration above.

- Remove injection pump.





- Mark installed position of CSA lever relative to shaft (-arrows-).
- Remove circlip and remove CSA lever.
- Loosen cover screws -35- and remove cover -36-.
- Replace O-rings -34- and -37- for cover and lever.
- Install retainer -32- for CSA lever.
- Install cover.
- Install CSA lever in position marked before removal, and secure.
- Install injection pump.
