Replacement





1 Pry off the control head trim plate.
2 Remove the control head mounting screws.
3 Disconnect the control cables from the levers.
4 Disconnect the control cable from the heater valve and remove the cable.





5 Install the cable onto the heater valve and, making sure that the valve is closed (A), install the other retaining clip (B).
6 Place the heat control lever in the closed position, install the cable onto the control head and install the retaining clip.
7 Install the defrost and floor vent cables onto the control levers making sure that the flaps are in the closed position, install the cable retaining clips.
8 Install the control head.
