Throttle-valve switch for full load enrichment, checking/adjusting
- disconnect wire 1 (wire with red tracer) on throttle valve switch
Note
Brown wire (ground) must not be removed from switch for this test
- connect test light 3 between battery + and contact on throttle valve switch
- push throttle valve lever in direction of arrow (wide open) until test light lights up (click in switch can be heard)
^ gap a = min. 0.8 mm (0.031 in.) max.. 1.6 mm (0.063 in.)
- adjust gap if necessary with screw 4 to
^ a = 1.2 +/- 0.4 mm (0.047 +/- 0.016 in.)

^ Air flow sensor - with 80 mm (3.150 in.) diameter plate
^ Fuel distributor - with spring above control plunger
^ Fuel accumulator - (3-bar) Spare Part No. 431 133 441 D
