DRIVE SHAFT / PROPELLER SHAFT: FRONT DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY (for 2ZR-FE): INSPECTION; 2013 MY Corolla [07/2012 -]

1. INSPECT FRONT DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY

(a) Check that there is no excessive play in the outboard joint.





(b) Check that the inboard joint slides smoothly in the thrust direction.

(c) Check that the inboard joint has no excessive play in the radial direction.

(d) Check the boots for damage.
