Reassembly

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL: REASSEMBLY; 2013 MY Corolla [07/2012 -]

1. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Install a new No. 1 instrument panel cushion as shown in the illustration.









2. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE (for Urethane Coating Instrument Panel)

(a) Engage the 6 claws to install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle.





3. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE (for Urethane Coating Instrument Panel)

(a) Engage the 6 claws to install the No. 2 side defroster nozzle.





4. INSTALL SOLAR SENSOR (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the solar sensor.





5. INSTALL NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH (for Urethane Coating Instrument Panel)

(a) Engage the 2 clips and 2 claws to install the No. 1 defroster nozzle garnish.





6. INSTALL COOLER WIRE (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

(a) Engage the clamp.





(b) Connect the connector and install the cooler wire.

7. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 4 claws to install the No. 1 instrument panel register assembly.





8. INSTALL SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL LH (for Urethane Coating Instrument Panel)

(a) Engage the 3 claws and 2 guides to install the side instrument panel LH.





9. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 4 claws to install the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly.





10. INSTALL SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL RH (for Urethane Coating Instrument Panel)

(a) Engage the 3 claws and 2 guides to install the side instrument panel RH.





11. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation

12. INSTALL NO. 1 METER HOOD RETAINER (for Urethane Coating Instrument Panel)

(a) Install the No. 1 meter hood retainer with the 2 screws [B].





13. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)

for TMC Made: Installation

except TMC Made: Installation

14. INSTALL NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION (for TMC Made)

(a) Install a new No. 4 instrument panel cushion.





15. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION (for TMC Made)

(a) Install a new No. 3 instrument panel cushion.





16. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION (for TMC Made)

(a) Install a new No. 2 instrument panel cushion.





17. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION (except TMC Made)

(a) Install a new No. 2 instrument panel cushion.





18. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) except Urethane Coating Instrument Panel:

(1) Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws [B].





(b) for Urethane Coating Instrument Panel:

(1) Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws [B].





19. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) except Urethane Coating Instrument Panel:

(1) Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws [B].





(b) for Urethane Coating Instrument Panel:

(1) Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws [B].





20. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Install the No. 2 heater to register duct with the 4 screws [B].





21. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws [B].
