Reassembly

EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: REASSEMBLY; 2013 MY Corolla [07/2012 -]

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 4 nuts.





Torque : 36 Nm (367 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)

(b) Engage each clamp.





2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

(a) Engage the 4 guides to install the front bumper energy absorber.





3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the front bumper side support LH.





(b) Install the bolt.

4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

(a) Engage the 4 claws to install the front bumper hole cover LH.





6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

7. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)

(a) Engage the 4 claws to install the fog light cover LH.





8. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

9. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) Installation

10. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

11. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE

(a) Engage the 17 claws to install the lower radiator grille.





12. INSTALL FRONT PANEL EMBLEM

(a) Engage the 2 claws (B).





(b) Engage the 2 claws (A) to install the front panel emblem.

13. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY

(a) for Radiator Grille Mesh Type:

(1) Engage the 19 claws and guide, and install the radiator grille assembly.





(2) Install the 6 clips.





(b) for Radiator Grille Bar Type:

(1) Engage the 19 claws and guide, and install the radiator grille assembly.





(2) Install the 6 clips.





14. INSTALL HOOD TO FRONT END PANEL SEAL

(a) Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

(b) Install a new hood to front end panel seal.

(c) Install the 3 clips.

15. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ Bracket)

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the front bumper extension mounting bracket.





(b) Install the 2 screws.

16. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER LH (w/ Front Spoiler)

(a) Install the front spoiler cover LH with the 7 retainers and clip.





17. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER RH (w/ Front Spoiler)

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
