CLUTCH: CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER (for Hatchback): REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL RELEASE CYLINDER BLEEDER PLUG

(a) Install the release cylinder bleeder plug to the release cylinder body.

Torque : 8.3 Nm (85 kgf-cm, 73 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER KIT

(a) Install the release cylinder bleeder plug cap to the release cylinder bleeder plug.

(b) Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to a new release cylinder piston.

(c) Install a new compression spring and the release cylinder piston to the release cylinder body.

NOTICE:
Do not damage the inside of the release cylinder body.

HINT
Install the smaller end of the compression spring to the release cylinder piston.

(d) Install a new clutch release cylinder boot to the No. 1 clutch release cylinder push rod.

(e) Install the clutch release cylinder boot and the No. 1 clutch release cylinder push rod to the release cylinder body.
