Reassembly (from 07/2011)

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: BLOWER UNIT (for Hatchback): REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER

(a) Install the clean air filter into the blower.





NOTICE:
Install the clean air filter with its UP marks oriented in the correct direction.

2. INSTALL AIR FILTER CASE

(a) Insert the rib of the air filter case into the blower unit.





NOTICE:
Install the air filter case with its UP mark oriented in the correct direction.

(b) Pinch portion A to engage the claw and install the air filter case.

3. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR

(a) Install the blower resistor with the 2 screws.





4. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the blower motor with the 3 screws.





5. INSTALL NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the blower damper servo with the 2 screws.





6. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 2 claws and 2 guides, and install the air duct.
