INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: ROOF HEADLINING (for Hatchback 5 Door): REASSEMBLY
1. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF WIRE
(a) Align the No. 1 roof wire positioning tape with the markings of the roof headlining.

(b) Install the No. 1 roof wire onto the roof headlining with 7 new pieces of tape.
NOTICE:
* Apply the tape securely in place.
* Do not touch the adhesive surface when applying the tape to prevent adhesion failure.
2. INSTALL REAR SIDE RAIL SPACER RH (w/ Curtain Shield Airbag)
(a) Align the markings on the roof headlining assembly with the rear side rail spacer and install the rail spacer using hot melt glue.

3. INSTALL REAR SIDE RAIL SPACER LH (w/ Curtain Shield Airbag)
HINT
Use the same procedure as for the RH side.
4. INSTALL REAR SIDE RAIL SPACER RH (w/o Curtain Shield Airbag)
(a) Align the markings on the roof headlining assembly with the rear side rail spacer and install the rail spacer using hot melt glue.

5. INSTALL REAR SIDE RAIL SPACER LH (w/o Curtain Shield Airbag)
HINT
Use the same procedure as for the RH side.
6. INSTALL REAR ROOF SILENCER PAD
(a) Align the markings on the roof headlining assembly with the 4 rear roof silencer pads and install the silencer pads using hot melt glue.
7. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOF PANEL PAD
(a) Align the markings on the roof headlining assembly with the No. 2 roof panel pad and install the panel pad using hot melt glue.
8. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF PANEL PAD
(a) Align the markings on the roof headlining assembly with the No. 1 roof panel pad and install the panel pad using hot melt glue.
9. INSTALL NO. 5 ROOF SILENCER PAD
(a) Align the markings on the roof headlining assembly with the 2 No. 5 roof silencer pads and install the silencer pads using hot melt glue.
10. INSTALL ROOF SILENCER PAD
(a) w/ Roof Panel Pad:
(1) Align the markings on the roof headlining assembly with the roof silencer pad and install the silencer pads using hot melt glue.

(b) w/o Roof Panel Pad:
(1) Align the markings on the roof headlining assembly with the 4 roof silencer pads and install the silencer pads using hot melt glue.

11. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOF SILENCER PAD
(a) Install a new No. 2 roof silencer pad as shown in the illustration.
12. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation (from 07/2011)
13. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER
(a) Engage the 6 claws and 2 guides and install the rear seat shoulder belt cover.
