Disassembly (from 07/2011)

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: ROOF HEADLINING (for Hatchback 5 Door): DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

(a) Disengage the 6 claws and the 2 guides and remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover.





2. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal (from 07/2011)

3. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF SILENCER PAD

(a) Remove the No. 2 roof silencer pad.





NOTICE:
Always replace the No. 2 roof silencer pad with a new one.

4. REMOVE ROOF SILENCER PAD

(a) w/ Roof Panel Pad:

(1) Remove the roof silencer pad.





(b) w/o Roof Panel Pad:

(1) Remove the 4 roof silencer pads.





5. REMOVE NO. 5 ROOF SILENCER PAD

(a) Remove the 2 No. 5 roof silencer pads.





6. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF PANEL PAD

(a) Remove the No. 1 roof panel pad.





7. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF PANEL PAD

(a) Remove the No. 2 roof panel pad.





8. REMOVE REAR ROOF SILENCER PAD

(a) Remove the 4 rear roof silencer pads.





9. REMOVE REAR SIDE RAIL SPACER RH (w/ Curtain Shield Airbag)

(a) Remove the 2 adhesive portions and the rear side rail spacer.

10. REMOVE REAR SIDE RAIL SPACER LH (w/ Curtain Shield Airbag)

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

11. REMOVE REAR SIDE RAIL SPACER RH (w/o Curtain Shield Airbag)

(a) Remove the 3 adhesive portions and the rear side rail spacer.

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

13. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WIRE

(a) Remove the 7 pieces of tape.





(b) Remove the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining.
