DESCRIPTION

These DTCs are stored when a malfunction occurs in the navigation antenna assembly.





INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK CONNECTION OF NAVIGATION ANTENNA CORD

(a) Check if the No. 1 navigation antenna cord sub-assembly is securely connected to the navigation receiver assembly.

OK:

No. 1 navigation antenna cord sub-assembly is securely connected.

NG -- SECURELY CONNECT NO. 1 NAVIGATION ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. REPLACE NO. 1 NAVIGATION ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Replace the No. 1 navigation antenna cord sub-assembly with a known good one and check if the same DTC is output again Removal.

(1) Clear the DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

(2) Recheck for DTCs and check if the same DTC is output again.

OK:

No DTCs are output.

NG -- REPLACE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY

OK -- END

3. REPLACE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY

(a) Replace the navigation antenna assembly with a known good one and check if the same DTC is output again Removal.

(1) Clear the DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

(2) Recheck for DTCs and check if the same DTC is output again.

OK:

No DTCs are output.

NG -- REPLACE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY Removal

OK -- END
