DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when the navigation receiver assembly cannot read the program disc.





INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK PROGRAM DISC

(a) Check that the program disc is not deformed or cracked.





OK:

No deformations or cracks on the program disc

NG -- REPLACE PROGRAM DISC
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. DISC CLEANING

(a) Disc cleaning





(1) If dirt is on the disc surface, wipe it clean with a soft cloth from the inside to the outside in a radial direction.

NOTICE:
Do not use a conventional record cleaner or anti-static preservative.

NEXT -- Continue to next step.

3. CHECK DTC

(a) Clear the DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

(b) Recheck for DTCs and check if the same DTC is output again.

OK:

No DTCs are output.

NG -- REPLACE PROGRAM DISC

OK -- END

4. REPLACE PROGRAM DISC

(a) Replace the program disc.

(b) Clear the DTCs Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

(c) Recheck for DTCs and check if the same DTC is output again.

OK:

No DTCs are output.

NG -- REPLACE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY Removal

OK -- END
