Reassembly

AIR CONDITIONING: BLOWER UNIT: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL COOLING UNIT MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the cooling unit motor sub-assembly with the 3 screws.





2. INSTALL NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 4 claws and then install the No. 3 air duct sub-assembly.





3. INSTALL AIR INLET SERVO MOTOR

(a) Install the air inlet servo motor with the 3 screws.





4. INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER

(a) Install the clean air filter.





5. INSTALL AIR FILTER COVER PLATE

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the air filter cover plate.





6. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR Reassembly

7. INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the 6 screws and blower assembly with the cooler evaporator sub-assembly to the air conditioning radiator assembly.





(b) Engage the clamp and install the wire harness.





(c) Connect the connector.

8. INSTALL COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Reassembly

9. INSTALL COOLER EXPANSION VALVE Reassembly

10. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY Reassembly

11. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY Reassembly
