Disassembly

AIR CONDITIONING: BLOWER UNIT: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly

2. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY Disassembly

3. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE Disassembly

4. REMOVE COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly

5. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the connector and clamp, and disconnect the wire harness.





(b) Remove the 6 screws and then the blower assembly with the cooler evaporator sub-assembly.





6. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR Disassembly

7. REMOVE AIR FILTER COVER PLATE

(a) Release the 2 claws and remove the air filter cover plate.





8. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER

(a) Remove the clean air filter.





9. REMOVE AIR INLET SERVO MOTOR

(a) Remove the 3 screws and air inlet servo motor.





10. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 4 claws and then remove the No. 3 air duct sub-assembly.





11. REMOVE COOLING UNIT MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 screws and cooling unit motor sub-assembly.
