Installation (from 12/2010)

U660E AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE: TCM: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TCM

(a) Install the TCM to the automatic transaxle assembly.

(b) Install and tighten the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.





Torque : 11 Nm (112 kgf-cm, 8 ft-lbf)

(c) Connect the connector to the TCM.





(d) Turn the lock lever and secure the connector with the lock lever.

2. INSTALL INTAKE AIR RESONATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation (from 12/2010)

3. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET Installation (from 12/2010)

4. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CLEANER INLET Installation (from 12/2010)

5. INSTALL BATTERY

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

6. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation (from 12/2010)

7. PERFORM TCM REGISTRATION
