Installation (from 12/2010)

BRAKE CONTROL: YAW RATE AND ACCELERATION SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL YAW RATE SENSOR

(a) Install the yaw rate sensor with the 2 bolts.





Torque : 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the yaw rate sensor connector.

2. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

3. INSTALL CONSOLE UPPER REAR PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

5. PERFORM YAW RATE SENSOR ZERO POINT CALIBRATION

(a) Perform the yaw rate sensor zero point calibration Calibration (from 12/2010).

6. INSPECT ABS WARNING LIGHT AND VSC WARNING LIGHT

(a) Check that the ABS and VSC warning lights Diagnosis System (from 12/2010).
