OTHER SYSTEM: POWER OUTLET SOCKET: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal (to 12/2010)

2. REMOVE POSITION INDICATOR HOUSING ASSEMBLY Removal (to 12/2010)

3. REMOVE SEAT HEATER SWITCH (w/ Seat Heater System) Removal (to 12/2010)

4. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal (to 12/2010)

5. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CARPET Removal (to 12/2010)

6. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY Removal (to 12/2010)

7. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY

(a) Front position:





(1) Disengage the claw and remove the power outlet socket assembly as shown in the illustration.

(2) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the power outlet socket cover as shown in the illustration.





(b) Rear position:





(1) Disengage the claw in the direction indicated by the arrow.

(2) Release the stopper.





(3) Turn in the direction indicated by the arrow and push the power outlet socket assembly.

(4) Align the protrusion on the power outlet socket assembly and the recess on the power point socket cover.





(5) Release the stopper.





(6) Remove the power outlet socket assembly as shown in the illustration.
