Reassembly

LIGHTING: REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL REAR BUMPER UPPER RETAINER

(a) Engage the guide.





(b) Install the rear bumper upper retainer with the 2 screws.

2. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the connector to install the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly.





3. INSTALL SIDE MARKER LIGHT BULB

(a) Install the side marker light bulb to the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly.

(b) Connect the side marker light bulb and the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.





HINT
The pinch tabs should be horizontal.

4. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT LENS GASKET

(a) Install a new rear combination light lens gasket.





5. INSTALL REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

(a) Install the rear turn signal light bulb to the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly.

(b) Turn the rear turn signal light bulb and rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to connect them as a unit.





6. INSTALL TAIL AND STOP LIGHT BULB

(a) Install the tail and stop light bulb to the rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly.

(b) Turn the tail and stop light bulb and rear combination light socket and wire sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to connect them as a unit.





7. INSTALL REAR LIGHT SOCKET AND WIRE

(a) Connect the connector and install the rear light socket and wire.





8. INSTALL BACK-UP LIGHT BULB

(a) Install the back-up light bulb to the rear light socket and wire.

(b) Turn the back-up light bulb and rear light socket and wire in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to connect them as a unit.





9. INSTALL REAR LIGHT GASKET

(a) Install a new rear light gasket.
