Reassembly (from 12/2010)

INSTRUMENT PANEL: INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the automatic light control sensor as shown in the illustration.





2. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System) Installation (from 12/2010)

3. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY Audio/Radio Antenna Cord

4. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE

(a) Engage each clamp.





(b) Connect the connector to install the No. 3 instrument panel wire.

5. INSTALL GLOVE BOX LIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the glove box light assembly.





6. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

7. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the center instrument panel bracket sub-assembly with the 2 screws (E).





8. INSTALL SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE RH

(a) Engage the 6 claws to install the side defroster nozzle RH.





9. INSTALL SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE LH

(a) Engage the 6 claws to install the side defroster nozzle LH.





10. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Install the No. 2 heater register duct with the 4 screws (E).





11. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws (E).





12. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

(a) Install the No. 2 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw (E).





13. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

(a) Install the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct with the screw (E).





14. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws (E).





(b) Engage the clamp.

15. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws (E).





16. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN

(a) Install the 2 No. 1 instrument panel pins with the 2 screws (E).
