ENGINE HOOD / DOOR: LUGGAGE DOOR HINGE TORSION BAR: REMOVAL

HINT
* The installation procedures are the removal procedures in reverse order. However, only installation procedures requiring additional information are included.
* Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
* The procedures listed below are for the LH side.
* After removing the torsion bar, use your hand to open and close the luggage door. Make sure the luggage door can open and close smoothly.
* The RH side torsion bar is on the upper side and the LH side torsion bar is on the lower side. The installation should be performed in the order of RH to LH and removal should be performed in the order of LH to RH.

1. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR HINGE TORSION BAR LH

(a) LH side:





Remove the luggage door hinge torsion bar from the support bracket.

(b) RH side:





Move the torsion bar. Then remove the luggage door hinge torsion bar from the hinge RH.
