1. DISPOSE OF REAR SHOCK ABSORBER

(a) Fully extend the shock absorber piston rod.





(b) Using a drill, make a hole in area B shown in the illustration to discharge the gas inside.

Length (A):

25 mm (0.984 in.)

Length (B):

25 mm (0.984 in.)

NOTICE:
Be careful when drilling because shards of metal may fly about. Always use proper safety equipment.

HINT
The gas is colorless, odorless and non-poisonous.
