1AR-FE EMISSION CONTROL: CANISTER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CHARCOAL CANISTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the charcoal canister assembly with the 4 nuts and 2 clips.





Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the 2 quick connectors, hose and connector.





2. INSTALL NO. 1 FLOOR UNDER COVER

(a) Install the No. 1 floor under cover with the 5 clips.





Clip (A) - Torque : 2.2 Nm (22 kgf-cm, 20 in-lbf)

3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
