DESCRIPTION

This circuit sends the voice signal from the inner rear view mirror assembly (microphone) to the radio receiver.

It also supplies power source from the radio receiver to the inner rear view mirror assembly (microphone).

1. INSPECT RADIO RECEIVER

(a) Disconnect the radio receiver connector.





(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

NG -- REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY - RADIO RECEIVER)

(a) Disconnect the inner rear view mirror assembly and radio receiver connectors.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.

3. INSPECT INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
