Reassembly

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Install a new No. 1 instrument panel cushion as shown in the illustration.









2. INSTALL SOLAR SENSOR (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the solar sensor.





3. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR (w/ Automatic Light Control System)

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the automatic light control sensor.





4. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE (w/ Automatic Light Control System)

(a) Engage the 6 clamps.





(b) Connect each connector and install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

5. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 4 claws and install the No. 1 instrument panel register assembly.





6. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 4 claws and install the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly.





7. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System) Installation

9. INSTALL NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION (for TMC Made)

(a) Install a new No. 4 instrument panel cushion.





10. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION (for TMC Made)

(a) Install a new No. 3 instrument panel cushion.





11. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION (for TMC Made)

(a) Install a new No. 2 instrument panel cushion.





12. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION (for TMMC, NUMMI Made)

(a) Install a new No. 2 instrument panel cushion.





13. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws .

14. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws .

15. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Install the No. 2 heater to register duct with the 4 screws .

16. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws .
