INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the brake actuator with the 2 nuts to the bracket.
Torque: 6.0 Nm (61 kgf-cm, 53 in-lbf)
2. INSTALL BRAKE ACTUATOR WITH BRACKET





(a) Install the actuator with bracket with the 2 bolts and nut.
Torque: 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

- Be careful not to damage the brake tubes and wire harness.
- Tighten the bolts in order from 1 to 3.

(b) Connect the actuator connector.

NOTE: Make sure that the lever is locked securely.





(c) Using SST, connect each brake tube to correct positions of the actuator with bracket, as shown in the illustration.
SST: 09023-00101
Torque: 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)
3. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY
4. INSTALL LH HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY
5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
6. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH
7. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL RH
Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)
8. FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID

9. BLEED MASTER CYLINDER
SST: 09023-00101

11. CHECK FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR

12. INSPECT FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAK
13. CHECK ACTUATOR WITH TECHSTREAM

14. PREPARE VEHICLE FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT (Adjustments)

15. PREPARE FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING (Adjustments)

18. PREPARE VEHICLE FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT (Adjustments)
