Second Brake Piston

SECOND BRAKE PISTON

COMPONENTS:

DISASSEMBLY





1. REMOVE 2ND BRAKE PISTON
(a) Apply compressed air in to the oil hole to remove the 2nd brake piston from the 2nd brake cylinder.





(b) Using a screwdriver, remove the 2 2nd brake piston O-rings from the 2nd brake piston.

REASSEMBLY





1. INSTALL 2ND BRAKE PISTON
(a) Coat 2 new 2nd brake piston O-rings with ATF and install the 2 2nd brake piston O-rings on the 2nd brake piston.





(b) Press the 2nd brake piston into the 2nd brake cylinder, being careful not to damage the 2nd brake piston O-ring.
