Without using OBD II scan tool or hand-held tester:
Clear DTC

Remove the EFI and ETCS fuse from the engine room J/B for more than 60 seconds, or disconnect the battery cable for more than 60 seconds. After disconnecting the battery terminal, perform the "INITIALIZE" procedure.
