Instrument Cluster / Carrier: Service and Repair

DISASSEMBLY




1. REMOVE COMBINATION METER COVER
Remove combination meter glass and meter plate.




2. REMOVE MULTI INFORMATION DISPLAY (W/O NAVIGATION SYSTEM)
a. Remove the circuit plate.
b. Disconnect the connector.




c. Remove the multi information display glass and plate.




d. Remove the 2 screws.
e. Disconnect the cold cathode tube with plate.




f. Remove the 6 screws.
g. Remove the multi information display.




h. Remove the 2 screws.
i. Remove the No.2 multi information display.

3. REMOVE MULTI INFORMATION DISPLAY (W/ NAVIGATION SYSTEM)




a. Remove the circuit plate.
b. Disconnect the connector.




c. Remove the 2 screws.
d. Remove the multi information display glass.




e. Remove the 2 screws.
f. Remove the multi information display plate.




g. Remove the 8 screws.




h. Remove the 2 screws and center display computer No.2.




i. Remove the 3 screws and the plate.
j. Remove the connector and multi information display.
k. Remove the 2 screws and multi information computer.
l. Remove the accessary meter cover.
