Installation Procedure

1. Install Front Mudguards:

NOTE:
All grommets are already Installed on the vehicle and can be reused If undamaged.





a. Remove existing screws (at points (1) and (2)) from vehicle and discard. The illustration shows these screws being removed using a square ratchet equipped with a Phillips tip.





b. Remove existing screw at position A from vehicle.

NOTE:
If vehicle side grommet is damaged use grommet 90189-06006 from kit.

c. Clean the mudguard mounting area.

d. Position front mudguard on the vehicle.

e. Secure front mudguard at point A to vehicle by reusing original vehicle screw.





f. Secure front mudguard at points (1) and (2) to vehicle using screws from kit.

NOTE:
If vehicle side grommet is damaged use grommet 90189-06006 from kit.

g. Wipe and clean mudguard.

h. Repeat front mudguard steps for the opposite side of the vehicle.

* NOTE:
In order to insure a flush fit, tighten screws while applying pressure to these areas.

2. Install Rear Mudguards:

NOTE:
All grommets are already installed on the vehicle and can be reused it undamaged.

a. Clean mudguard mounting area.

b. Position rear mudguard on vehicle.





c. Secure rear mudguard at points (3) and (4) to vehicle using screws from kit.

NOTE:
It vehicle side grommet is damaged use grommet 90189-06157 from kit.

d. Secure rear mudguard at point B to vehicle by using clip from kit.

e. Wipe and clean mudguard.

f. Repeat rear mudguard installation procedure for opposite side.





* Note:
In order to insure a flush fit, tighten screws while applying pressure to these areas.
