    Valve Clearance
      Check (audible inspection) and adjust if necessary.
    Drive Belt
      Inspect belt for fraying, cracks, and damage. Adjust if necessary.

    Brakes and Traction Control
      Check fluid level. Inspect pedal freeplay. Inspect lines, hoses, master cylinder, and calipers for wear, leaks and damage. Check rear drum brakes for wear and leaks. Check parking brake.
    Ball Joint
      Inspect ball joint for looseness or damage.
Inspect
    Steering
      Check linkages for wear and damage. Inspect boots for damage.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Includes inspection of all fuel lines, connections, fuel tank band and vapor vent system.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect exhaust pipes and mountings for looseness and damage.
    Evaporative Emission Control Canister
      New York, Massachusetts, and California only. Inspect for damage or leaks.
    Constant Velocity Joint Boot
      Check boots for leaks and damage.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Inspect line pipes and hoses for leaks, cracks, and damage.
    Brake Fluid
      Check for leakage.
Replace
    Timing Belt
      Replace belt. Check belt area for debris and fluid leaks.
    Spark Plug
      Replace with correct type and gap according to manufacturers specification.
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Replace every 4 months or 5000 miles.
    Fluid - Differential
       Replace fluid and check for leaks.
    Fluid - A/T
       Service fluid and filter. Check for leaks.
    Engine Oil
      Replace every 4 months or 5000 miles.
    Coolant
      Inspect for signs of leakage.
    Air Filter Element
Rotate
    Tires
      Check inflation pressures. Inspect for debris, damage or uneven wear. Inspect for looseness or damage.
