Air Mix Servomotor

1. INSPECT AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR OPERATION (Auto A/C)







a. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and negative lead to terminal 2, then check that the arm rotates to the "COOL" side smoothly.







b. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2 and negative (-) lead to terminal 1, then check that the arm rotates to the "HOT" side smoothly.

If operation is not as specified, replace the servomotor.










2. INSPECT POSITION SENSOR RESISTANCE
If resistance is not as specified, replace the servomotor.
