Installation










1. Install No. 2 cooling fan to radiator.
Install the 3 bolts and cooling fan.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (44 inch lbs.)
2. Install No. 1 cooling fan to radiator.
Install the 4 bolts and cooling fan.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (44 inch lbs.)





3. Install lower radiator hose to radiator.
4. Install A/T oil cooler hoses to radiator.
5. Install radiator and cooling fans assembly.
(a) Install the 2 lower supports.
(b) Install the radiator and cooling fans assembly, then lower in the radiator.





(c) Install the 2 bolts and 2 upper supports.

NOTE: After installation, check that the rubber cushion (A) of the support is not depressed.

Torque: 12.8 Nm (9 ft. lbs.)
(d) Connect the cruise control actuator wire to the clamp on the No. 1 cooling fan shroud.
6. Connect A/T oil cooler hoses to oil cooler pipes.
7. Connect lower radiator hose to water inlet pipe.
8. Connect upper radiator hose to radiator.
9. Connect No. 1 and No. 2 cooling fan connectors.
10. CANADA: Connect relay block (for daytime running light system) to battery holddown clamp.
11. Fill with engine coolant.

NOTE:
^ Start the engine, and check for coolant and A/T fluid leaks.
^ Check the A/T fluid level. Refer to Transmission and Drivetrain.
