CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
This is the power source for the ECU, hence the actuators.

FAIL SAFE FUNCTION
If trouble occurs in the power source circuit, the ECU cuts off current to the ABS & TRAC Solenoid Relay and prohibits ABS control and TRAC control.
