Radiator: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove engine under cover, Fig. 18.

3. Remove battery and battery tray.
4. Drain coolant.
5. Remove No. 2 air tube.
6. Remove No. 2 fan shroud.
7. Remove air cleaner duct.
8. Remove No. 5 air hose.
9. Remove lefthand headlight beam angle gauge.
10. Disconnect radiator hoses.
11. On models with automatic transmission, disconnect transmission oil cooler hoses.
12. Disconnect coolant reservoir hose.
13. Disconnect electric cooling fan connector and engine coolant temperature switch connector.
14. Remove upper radiator support, then the radiator with No. 1 shroud attached.
15. Reverse procedure to install.
