1996 Software Reprogramming New Features:

^ Support for 1996 Model Year vehicles.

^ Live data strip chart print mode (prints line graph of 5 data items in real time).

^ Enhanced evaporative emissions systems diagnostics to support new systems.

^ Enhanced oxygen sensor diagnostics.

^ Enhanced "HELP" features.

^ Enhanced in-flight data recording capabilities (to help trap intermittent faults).

^ Software support for the new optional 5-Gas Exhaust Analyzer.

* Existing Dealer hardware, P/N 01001895-005, was updated with the 1996 Software release during 1st Quarter 1996 reprogramming efforts. Also included were the update pages for the Operators Manual.

The tools above are discontinued Essential SSTs and will no longer be available after existing supplies are exhausted. They will be replaced by a Universal Variable Pin Wrench Set.
