Transmission Speed Sensor: Service and Repair

O/D DIRECT CLUTCH SPEED SENSOR REPLACEMENT



1. DISCONNECT O/D DIRECT CLUTCH SPEED SENSOR CONNECTOR.
2. REMOVE O/D DIRECT CLUTCH SPEED SENSOR.
- Remove the bolt and 0/D direct clutch speed sensor.
- Remove the 0-ring.
3. INSTALL O/D DIRECT CLUTCH SPEED SENSOR.
- Coat a new 0-ring with A/T fluid and install it to the 0/D direct clutch speed sensor.
- Install the 0/D direct clutch speed sensor to the transmission case and torque the bolt.

Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kg.cm. 48 in.lb)

4. CONNECT O/D DIRECT CLUTCH SPEED SENSOR CONNECTOR.
