Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Testing and Inspection

Inspection ISC Resistance:

Inspect ISC Valve Resistance
- Disconnect the ISC valve connector.
- Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between terminal +B and other terminals (ISCC, ISCO).

Resistance: 19.3 - 22.3 ohms

- If resistance is not as specified, replace the ISC valve.
- Reconnect the ISC valve connector.
