SUBJECT: PANASONIC EXCHANGE UNIT ORDERS BY FAX

To assist dealers in obtaining audio exchange units, effective immediately Panasonic will accept FAX requests for exchange units on weekends, holidays, or when the "800" phone lines are busy. Dealers should use the existing "800" Exchange Center phone lines when possible. When FAXing orders to Panasonic use the attached Panasonic Warranty Order Form and FAX to:
